I am on the sch...I could not agree with this more! I am on the school of bruise ego's if ego's have to be bruised. If someone is not doing their job as seen through the employee's eyes the employee should feel free to voice that complaint and not worry about hurting the manager's feelings. The manager should be constantly asking if there is anything he/she can do to make your job easier or better.
